Delivery and Return Procedures

  1. Delivery OTP and Contact:

    • The delivery OTP (One Time Password) will be shared with you on your registered mobile number and registered email address. ( This option  totally depends on delivery partners services and there T & C  )
    • The delivery person will reach out to you exclusively through your registered mobile number.
  2. Delivery Attempts:

    • The delivery person might  make up to 3 attempts to deliver your shipment.
    • Failing to receive the shipment  will result in the return of the shipment.
  3. Wrong/Damaged Goods:

    • If you receive wrong or damaged goods:
      • Take a picture of the received goods.
      • Share the picture with thebrreed.com within 24 hours with an email.
  4. Delivery Confirmation without Goods:

    • If you receive a delivery confirmation message but have not received the goods:
      • Inform thebrreed within 24 hours.
  5. Return Process:

    • In the case of a return:
      • 2 pickup attempts will be made.
      • During pickup, please ensure that the pickup person seals the package in front of you.
  6. THE BRREED reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any offer posted herein, in any respect. THE BRREED shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.. 
  7. Any offer is as per the company’s terms and conditions and company has all the rights to stop the same at any time.
  8. All the services which includes delivery partners or any other partners can be changed any time.
  9. Order can be cancelled from our end as well due to Multiple reason at any time.
