Return Request Procedure for The Brreed

To initiate a refund request for a purchase on The Brreed, please follow the steps outlined below:

Firstly, return request needs to be raised within 3 days from the delivery which includes the delivered day as well for specific order id

Option 2 :- 

  1. Visit our website at thebrreed.com. Option 2 

  2. Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section.

  3. Locate the order for which you wish to request a return or exchange and click on the ‘Return option.

  4. Fill out the required information to submit your request. Be sure to provide all necessary details to expedite the process.

  5. Please do check whether the product is returnable or non- returnable.

Further Clarification:

If our team requires additional information or clarification, a representative from The Brreed will contact you via email before approving your return request.

Return Collection:

Our dedicated operations team will initiate the return collection within three to five working days of your request submission.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspection:

Once we receive the returned product, our QA/QC team will thoroughly inspect it. If the product meets our quality standards, we will approve the return.

Replacement or exchange Process:

Currently replacement or exchange option is not available.
